Shipping & Delivery
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control. Such delays do not qualify for refunds once the order has been shipped.

Delivered Orders
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Customers are advised to check their mailbox, delivery area, or with household members or neighbors if the parcel cannot be located.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds, replacements, or credits may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The item received is significantly damaged during transit
• The wrong item was shipped by us
• The item is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier

Non-Refundable Situations
